On Wednesday, May 2nd, the Virginia Tech chapter of Upsilon Pi Epsilon, the international computer science honors society, held its semiannual new member induction ceremony.  Four new members attended the ceremony and a total of 21 new members were inducted this semester.  Those in attendance included Christopher Bowns, Amrita Pati, A. Rezgui, and John Wilkinson.  The ceremony was presided over by the chapter president, Ryan Silva, inductions chair, Rhonda Phillips, and advisor, Dr. Balci.  After the ceremony, the newest members of UPE were welcomed into the group by current UPE members, faculty, and staff over light refreshments.
