Impressive VT presence at ISC PDF Print E-mail
Virginia Tech had a strong presence at the International Supercomputing Conference (ISC) in Dresden, Germany, which was attended by nearly 1500 researchers from around the world.

Professors Wu Feng and Joao Setubal and their respective Ph.D. students, Jeremy Archuleta (ICTAS Fellow) and Andrew Warren, had  
their paper presented as part of the "Distinguished Paper Award" session on June 17.  A formal award ceremony for the paper occurred  
on June 18.

Professors Wu Feng and Kirk Cameron hosted a Birds-of-a-Feather session on "The Green500 List:  Past, Present, and Future."

Dr. Feng also served as one of five expert panelists on the "Is High-Performance Computing Going Green?" panel.
