Edwards and Perez Receive Grant to Help Students Test GUIs PDF Print E-mail
Active ImageStephen Edwards and Manuel Pérez-Quiñones of Computer Science received $149,899 from NSF for a research project entitled “Educational Support for Testing Graphical User Interfaces.” This project focuses on developing student-oriented tools for testing GUI-driven programs, so that students can more easily test their own code. Edwards and Perez are working closely with the objectdraw team, led by Kim Bruce. Objectdraw is one of the leading educationally-oriented GUI libraries for Java.
