Introduction to Programming in Java

Description:

CS1054 This course provides an introduction to object oriented programming using the Java language. Fundamental concepts underlying programming and software solutions to many problems. Structured data, statement sequencing, logic control, classes, objects, methods, instantiation of classes, sending messages to objects.  (2H,2L,3C)

Note: this course is usually restricted to students from the College of Business.  Students planning to major or minor in computer science should take CS 1114 instead of CS 1054.
