| Spring 2010 Commencement - 19 May 2010 On Saturday, May 15, the Virginia Tech College of Engineering conferred degrees on the class of 2010, including approximately 75 Computer Science undergraduate majors. Graduate degrees were conferred at the Graduate Commencement on Friday, May 14. | Students Inducted into Phi Beta Kappa - 19 May 2010 On Friday, May 14, Virginia Tech's Mu Chapter of Phi Beta Kappa initiated its Spring 2010 initiates in a ceremony in McBryde 100. According to their official web site, PBK was founded at the College of William and Mary in 1776 and is the nation's oldest and most widely known academic honor society.
