Ph.D. Qualifying Examinations for 2011-2012 announced. This exam is one of the two ways to score points for the "excellence in depth" component of the Ph.D. qualifying process. Based on student interest, the faculty offer exams in six areas for this academic season (links to exam webpages). Please register with the chairperson of your exam area as soon as possible.
