Masters Thesis

1. Do you have an M.S. plan of study (POS) on file?
2. Does your POS accurately reflect the courses you would have completed by the end of your last semester and your advisory committee?
3. Are you registered in the semester in which you plan to get your degree?
4. Did you submit the "Request to Admit Candidate to the Final Exam" form?
5. Did you submit the "Application for Degree" form?

Masters Coursework

1. Do you have an M.S. plan of study (POS) on file?
2. Does your POS accurately reflect the courses you would have completed by the end of your last semester and your advisory committee?
3. Are you registered in the semester in which you plan to get your degree?
4. Did you submit the "Degree Verification" form?
5. Have you completed an independent study course and forwarded the final report to the AGS? Or, have you attempted a Ph.D. qualifying exam and passed it at the Masters level?
6. Did you submit the "Application for Degree" form?

Ph.D.

1. Do you have a Ph.D. plan of study (POS) on file?
2. Does your POS accurately reflect the courses you would have completed by the end of your last semester and your advisory committee?
3. Have you completed the Ph.D. qualification process, the Ph.D. preliminary exam, and the Ph.D. research defense?
4. Are you registered in the semester in which you plan to get your degree?
5. Did you submit the "Request to Admit Candidate to the Final Exam" form?
6. Did you submit the "Application for Degree" form?
