Software Engineering Co-Op
Location: Germantown, MD
Capture a great opportunity to apply your software development skills as a Co-op at JDSU.  Work 
with a team to design, implement, test, and debug embedded and application software that runs 
telecom measurement equipment.  This equipment is used to validate new telecom network equipment 
(switches, routers), as well as verify the integrity of customer services (Voice, Data, Video). 
You may participate in the design and architecture reviews that define customer needs and future 
product enhancement.  We are seeking high-performing students for the Spring/Summer 2009 timeframe.

Qualifications:

·         Completion of at least two years of undergraduate education toward a BS in CPE, EE, or CS.
·         Demonstrated experience developing, documenting and implementing C/C++ software (required).
·         Strong analytical and problem solving skills and abilities.
·         Linux experience preferred.
·         Scripting experience a plus.
